Service Description:
Remove construction debris, dust, and other large or heavy materials that may have accumulated during the construction process. Common tasks during the rough clean may include sweeping, vacuuming, and clearing out larger debris. Removal, but not the cleaning, of stickers from doors and windows, are also included in this phase.
Wipe down all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, light fixtures and baseboards. Remove any marks from the walls, floors and cabinets, clean any construction residue like silicon, patches of grout, etc.
Floors: Sweep or vacuum all floors thoroughly, including hard floors and carpets. Mop hard floors with a suitable cleaner to remove any remaining dust, smudges and dirt.
Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows inside and out (where accessible), including frames and tracks. Use glass cleaner to remove any paint splatters or residue from glass surfaces. Polish mirrors and glass doors to remove fingerprints and smudges.
Kitchen Cleaning: If appliances are installed before this phase, remove plastic film and clean all appliances inside and out, including the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Wipe down countertops, cabinets, and backsplashes with a suitable cleaner inside and outside. Clean sinks and faucets, removing any grime or residue.
Bathroom Cleaning: Scrub and sanitize toilets, bathtubs, showers, and sinks. Clean bathroom tiles and grout to remove any leftover construction residue.
Ideally, we will do the final clean at least one day after the second phase, for the reason that dust and dirt may still settle. The combination of rough clean, light clean, and final clean helps transform a construction site into a clean, safe, and ready-to-use or occupy space.
This hourly service will be provided after the buyer has inspected the property and the contractors have completed any final repairs. We will study the list of deficiencies provided by the buyer of the property. All deficiencies associated with cleaning services will be corrected free of charge. If re-cleaning is necessary due to work done by the contractors, we will carry it out on an hourly basis, in agreement with your company.
